With sadness but profound gratitude to God our Good
Shepherd and Master, we announce the passing of Sr. M. Therese A. Veloso, CGS
in Maria Droste Infirmary community in Quezon City after 69 years in religious
life. She was 94 years old.
Sr. Therese was an apostolic sister assigned in the
Bridgitine schools as educator and administrator for three decades before her
definitive transfer to the contemplative life in 1981. She was then assigned in
the contemplative communities of Banawa in Cebu and Tagaytay City.
Thank you for your life of prayer and zealous
witnessing to the great heart of God, Sr. Therese.
Mass of the Resurrection was on Wednesday,
September 12 at 3PM in the Good Shepherd Chapel, 1043 Aurora Boulevard, Quezon
City followed by inurnment of her cremains at the columbary.
