Isang karangalan na nandito ako kasi mababait sila at syempre ginagalang natin sila Sister. Tapos ang mga instructions naman nila, hindi mabibigat, basta presence of mind lang.
Ang kagandahan dito, malaki yung tiwala ng mga Sisters sa amin. Di gaya sa ibang companies, sasabihin, ‘hindi nagtatrabaho yung mga guard na ito. Guwardiya na nga lang sila, hindi pa nagtatrabaho ng maayos.’ Kumbaga sa empleyado, minamaliit kami. Pero dito kung lisensyado ang engineer, lisensyado din kami. Para sa kanila, professional guard kami.

I like it here. It's not a stressful environment for security guards like me because when the sisters greet you when they pass by, it feels like there is also an angel that passes in front of you. It's an honor for me to be here because they are so kind. I have so much respect for the sisters. Their instructions are not that heavy, they just only require presence of mind.
What's good about here is that the sisters have trust in us. Unlike other companies, they say 'this guard isn't working. Being a guard is the only thing they have to do, and yet they can't get it right. As employees, they belittle us. But in here (Good Shepherd Convent) if an Engineer is licensed, same goes for us. The sisters see us as professionals.
