Indicators of Effective Partnership:
- Good Shepherd people working together in ministries which meet real needs and which are dynamic, contemporary and professional.
- Formation opportunities are relevant, widely available and valued. The process of decision making is shared in every appropriate way.
- Initiatives are welcome from all people working within Good Shepherd.
- Good ideas are paid attention to, not pre-judged because of who expresses the idea.
- Roles are respected, no matter who holds them.
- Lines of accountability are clear and are respected.
- When misunderstandings happen, goodwill prevails.
