While having our Philippine Centennial Celebrations, the whole congregation will also mark on September 8, 2013 the 150th birthday of Blessed Maria Droste who was born in Munster, Germany in 1863. The Province of Germany/Albania sent video of the life of Blessed Maria Droste. Copies were given to local communities. With the great event of September 8, the reunion of former RGS- apostolic and contemplative- will be held on that day, instead of the earlier suggestion of June 21, the anniversary of the foundation of the Philippine Novitiate. Sr. Ma. Teresa Danganan, and former novice directresses and formators from vocation promotion to continuing formation are encouraged to invite former formands and Good Shepherd Sisters to come for the Eucharistic celebration on Sunday, September 8 at the Good Shepherd Convent in Quezon City.
