On June 28, 2010, the eve of the Solemnity of  Sts. Peter and Paul, two shepherds of the Church, Sr. Maria Leticia Allado passed on to eternal life after 43 years of religious life.

She came back to the Philippines on September 8, 2000. While at the Good Shepherd community she enrolled in renewal courses at the Center for Family Ministries  (CEFAM) and the Loyola School of Theology. On November 29, 2002, Sr. Leticia transferred to the Philippine Province of the Good Shepherd.

From 2002-2010, with her love for the girls, her sense of humor and creative shepherding, she was involved in the nursery, crisis interventions and programs for women and girls at Euphrasian Community and was supervisor of the nursery of Heart of Mary Villa. She was also assigned at Bahay Ugnayan from 2009-2010. Her last assignment was the Euphrasian Community where she enlivened conversations and endured quietly the pains caused by cancer. Till the end she was joyful and enjoyed the presence and assurance of  prayers of family, her sisters in the congregation, her friends and the girls.
