Gratitude is the memory of the heart.
Sr. Ailyn Binco RGS of the St. Mary Euphrasia Integrated Foundation Inc. (SMEIDFI) expresses her gratitude to Good Shepherd communities, benefactors and friends who sent donations in cash and in kind to help the victims of the recent typhoon Ondoy.
Sr. Ailyn led the Good Shepherd Sisters in distributing relief goods to victims various areas affected by the typhoon.
Relief goods included rice, bread, canned goods, drinking water, bath soap, laundry soap, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. In some areas clothes were also distributed.
Among the areas visited and given relief goods are Marikina, Quezon City, Makati, Pandacan, Malabon, Pasig and Calamba, Laguna.
Sr. Cecilia Torres RGS, province leader, also expressed her gratitude to Good Shepherd communities, friends and benefactors who sent donations to the victims. (RK)
